Pieces are either Made to Order or Ready to Ship.

This can be found near the top of the item description.

Made to order: Each piece will take up to 4 business days to create and ship. 

Ready to Ship: Each piece will ship within 3 business days.

Example 1: You purchase 1 pair of earrings that are ready to ship. They will be shipped by the end of the third day.

Example 2: You purchase 3 pairs of made to order earrings. They will be shipped by the end of the 4th day. 

----

Example 3: You purchase 1 pair of made to order and 1 pair of ready to ship earrings. Both pairs will be shipped at the end of the 4th day.

Custom orders ship on a timeline agreed upon by both parties.

1. FREE USPS Ground Advantage (US) - tracking service included. Takes 2 - 5 business days.
2. USPS Priority Mail - 1, 2, or 3 business days.
3. USPS Priority Mail Express - Overnight Delivery for most US locations.

Return Guidelines

• You must start your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Once approved, you must ship your items back within 7 days (postmarked by day 7 is fine).
• We do not cover return shipping fees. To secure your store credit, you must provide a tracking number for your return.

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please reach out! We will might things right to the best of our ability and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

PAPER

All origami is made from real paper. There are no plastics, glass molds, or 3D prints involved! These are individually hand folded creations. 

Origami paper is the traditional paper I use. It is very thin which makes smaller and tighter folds cleaner and more crisp. 

Washi paper is used (See: Washi Cranes in my shop) for larger and bolder pieces.  It's about 2-3x as thick as traditional origami paper. The paper is more like fabric as it is made from the inner bark of plants such as the Gampi Tree. The paper is hand screened in layers, creating a distinct pattern and strong color. Washi paper is tough and takes more time to fold.

Exposed Origami Jewelry

• All metals are NICKEL AND LEAD FREE, except for stainless steel ear wires if ordered. Earring metal is Gold or Silver Plated Brass
  
• Made from real paper, with acrylic treatment. Moderate rains are safe, showering is not. Avoid swimming. Waterproof up to 5 mins in cold water.

• Apply hair spray and makeup first, then put on your jewelry.

•  Origami is durable and slightly flexible. Keep in mind it is made from paper and is still delicate. Not designed with the intention of surviving the willful hands of young children. 

• Re Metals: All Silver and Gold Plated Brass metal naturally tarnishes. It's called "Oxidation". Carefully clean metals with soft cloth after wear and store in an airtight container to prevent tarnish.

Each piece of origami is carefully and thoroughly coated with:

• 2 coats Krylon Triple Thick Crystal Clear Spray
• 2 coats of Liquid Glass from Blick. A liquid acrylic medium.

And ample drying time between each coat.
